I only disabled USB overdrive, and restarted my computer, the settings on Elecom MA 5.1.0 immediately works on my El Capitan install on the Mac Pro. All buttons on the Huge, including the 3 FN buttons work flawlessly. BetterTouchTool doesn't seem to affect the Elecom software, so I can continue to use BBT with the Elecom software. Make sure you quit (by clicking 'apply') the Elecom software before trying the settings, if Elecom MA is open, the settings won't work. L'm so happy I don't have to upgrade to Sierra, I use software that requires the disabling of SIP, which Sierra won't allow.
