Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Cheats For Pc

Recently bought COD 4 from the App Store. Best free youtube video to mp3 converter for mac. Installed and playing no problem on my iMac Retina (4.0 i7 / 32GB RAM / M295X). My question is if anyone knows or can direct me to what the ideal setting are for the games graphics settings. The 'optimal settings' which the game selects by default are all at the minimum, baseline settings on graphics. I can punch everything up to max levels and no issues/crashing/etc, but not sure if it's ideal, for lack of a better word. Perhaps some of you who are playing COD 4 on an iMac Retina could elaborate as to what the ideal settings are.
